Lanaiah Young

Master of Social Work (MSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), is a trauma-trained professional (CCTP) who provides psychotherapy to individuals dealing with a variety of mental health disorders.
Lanaiah is the leading expert and trainer of Lifespan Integration in the state of Utah. Lifespan Integration therapy (LI) is known as a gentle trauma resolution, emotionally regulating, and attachment repairing modality. Lanaiah is Certified in Lifespan Integration and has received additional training to become a LI Consultant and Trainer. Lanaiah currently serves as the Secretary for the Board of Lifespan Integration Institute.
Lanaiah believes in the importance of a client-centered and strengths-based approach; utilizing the unique strengths of each client as they work together to increase emotional and mental healing.
Additional Therapeutic modalities used: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Multicultural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based therapies.

Heather Taylor
Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW), is a trauma-trained clinician. Heather provides psychotherapy to individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental and emotional health challenges.
Heather’s focus is working with individuals who want to find relief and see meaningful change in their lives. Heather’s goal is to offer compassionate care that leaves clients with more peace and functionality. Heather has worked in the education and social work field and brings the combination of both professions into her practice.
Heather is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and is a Trained Lifespan Integration Therapist. Heather has experience working with individuals dealing with PTSD, Complex Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Self-esteem challenges, Life Challenges, and Grief & Loss. Heather also offers pre-marital counseling and relationship counseling. Heather has a passion for working with rural communities in order to provide more choices and variety of services for their mental health needs.

Ashley Brewer
Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW) is a trauma-trained clinician dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. Ashley works with pre-teens, teens, adults, and couples, providing a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Ashley is a Trained Lifespan Integration clinician and works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, betrayal, pornography addiction, and self-image struggles.
Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences or facing current challenges, She offer a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
